1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered and/or downloaded. We cannot offer refunds for digital products that have been accessed.
2. When We Offer Refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Non-delivery: If the product was not delivered within 48 hours of purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue
- Major defects: If the product has a critical bug or defect that makes it completely unusable, and we are unable to provide a fix within 7 business days
- Duplicate purchase: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You found the product did not meet your personal expectations (not a defect)
- You lack the technical knowledge to implement the product
- You purchased the wrong product (contact us for exchange options)
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
4. Refund Request Process

- Include your transaction ID and reason for the refund request
- We will review your request within 3 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

6. Chargebacks
